Terri's passion is creating employee experiences for people and businesses to thrive. With over 20+ years experience, Terri has enjoyed partnering with businesses to develop and operationalise people strategy for growth, provide guidance with people management, organisational design, learning and development, remuneration and benefits and has a special interest in enhancing employee engagement.
Terri has held senior people and culture leadership positions in the healthcare and automotive industries and has consulted broadly to small businesses across allied health, healthcare, facilities management, professional services and information technology sectors. Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology from Monash University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Melbourne.
At Splash, Terri is dedicated to enabling the practice to grow, developing the careers of the team, guiding and coaching the leadership team and nurturing a positive, safe, productive and incredibly fun workplace environment!
When she is not busy with her husband, three teenage boys and girl cavoodle, Terri loves fashion and enjoys shopping, walks on the beach, yoga, making jewellery, travelling and socialising. She also can't say no to a good slice of baked cheesecake and dark chocolate bullets!
