Paediatric Therapy at your school
Splash has a long history of partnering with schools, kinders and childcares to provide onsite Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services. We deliver therapeutic supports that are embedded within educational settings and aligned with each school’s priorities. We currently partner with 15 schools across Melbourne.
Our School Coordinator works closely with each school to understand their needs and tailor services accordingly. Supports may include:
Consultation to curriculum planning
Whole-school interventions
Team teaching within the classroom
Direct classroom-based teaching
Supporting teaching aides to deliver small group programs
Direct therapy with students individually or in small groups
Individual assessments, including assessments to support funding applications (e.g., DIP)
Professional development, including whole-school training or targeted group or individual coaching
Professional development sessions for staff
Review meetings with Individual Needs / Learning Support staff
Work with the wider teaching team
