HAZEL LOO
Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Hazel completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Psychology) at RMIT and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at La Trobe University. She has experience working as an Occupational Therapist within a Special School setting, with children aged between 5 to 18 years. In addition, Hazel has worked within Mental Health and Paediatric settings.
Hazel is committed to supporting children and their families via the developmental, individual-differences, and relationship-based framework. She recognises that relationships are central to a child’s development, and by cultivating strong, meaningful connections with each child, their families and the key people in their lives, a safe environment is attained, where every child can thrive and flourish in the community.
Outside of work, Hazel enjoys cooking, exploring cafes/restaurants and being active at the gym, and going on nature walks.
