Catia brings a dynamic blend of academic expertise and practical experience to her role as a Therapist Support Assistant at Splash. A graduate of the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Anatomy, she is now setting her sights on completing a Masters in Occupational Therapy.
Catia’s extensive background in customer service has enhanced her ability to connect with people and provide exceptional support. She embodies a person-centered and caring approach, thriving in fast-paced environments and working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and therapists alike.
Outside of work, Catia finds joy in taking walks with her dog while listening to her favourite podcasts - a pastime she describes as wonderfully therapeutic.
