A qualified nurse with a strong background in patient care, Caitlyn has developed a compassionate and hands-on approach that resonates with Splash families. Her nursing experience equips her with the skills to provide quality support, and her journey toward becoming an OT reflects her commitment to empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Caitlyn's passion for baking, especially creating delicious, sweet pastries, brings joy to her family, partner, and friends. Always up for an adventure, Caitlyn seeks out adrenaline-filled challenges like skydiving, and she approaches everything with an open mind and a positive attitude.
