Paediatric Occupational Therapist
Alexandra (Alex) graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Hons). Alex has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, in the role of Allied Health Assistant (AHA). She supported individuals to develop their everyday living skills and engagement in play/leisure. Alex maintained a family approach to support individuals, working towards goals that were meaningful to them.
She has experience supporting individuals who are Neurodivergent including Autism and ADHD, as well as individuals with motor and sensory processing differences. In addition to work as an AHA, Alex has volunteered across a number of foundations and has fulfilled a coaching role supporting adolescents in the sporting industry.
Alex is passionate about supporting children and their families to work towards their meaningful goals, with a keen interest in school readiness skills development, and supporting participation and engagement in play.
Outside of her professional life, Alex is a foodie and enjoys trying new restaurants! She also loves engaging in games and taking her dog Cooper for walks!
